ERATAC Back-Up Sight Set. By using a combination of steel and high grade aluminum parts ERATAC has created a folding sight system that is rugged and robust yet with competition accuracy. They are light weight and provide an extremely low profile for optic clearance as the rear sight folded height is only 9mm / .354" over the picatinny platform. All parts have a special surface treatment that will even withstand maritime conditions. The rear sight incorporates a folding aperture design that keeps both apertures in the same sight plane. The front sight does not require a tool to adjust elevation. Options are with a front post thickness of 1,8mm /.070" or 1.35mm / .050" with 8-36 UNF thread so other brands of post sights may be used.
